I was gifted with some new paper from Jennifer that offers a new approach to watercoloring. It is a synthetic paper and, therefore, is quite different from pulp papers. This is my first attempt using it....I still have lots to learn, but I enjoyed seeing how it reacted with the reinkers and water.

WOW again, Sallie! I've heard of synthetic paper and have played a bit with it. Love the soft blend of these colors and the tasteful way you used them. Your water color artistry is phenomenal!

If this is lots to learn, I cant imagine the masterpieces you're going to create when you achieve expert status. This is spectacular!

It is a nice gift to be given some high end papers. Your results look different from your usual watercolors. I like the softness of the color and how they blended. You do that naturally anyway. I also like the way you used the gray to soften the brightness of today's colors. Great job!!
