Hello, Well I am disappointed in how this photographed. The bg is actually orange, yellow and red pepper with gold embossing but you really can't tell, it just looks red. Well, anyway, I stamped the turkey, masked and stamped the pumpkin then cut the oval (leaving out the turkey and pumpkin. This is done the same way as out of the box only reverse). I cut a smaller gold oval as an inside mat and used Gold Leaf Pen around the outside of the ivory card and around the ivory sentiment die cut. I got a book of birds out to color my turkey and was surprised to see how many colors other than brown are in it! Very fun!
Thanks for looking!

Yes, I would have colored my turkey brown. Good for you! I know photographing cards can be frustrating but I can't see how much nicer this card could look! Great use of masking and die-cutting, beautiful color palette, beautifully colored, and that checkered bow is the perfect touch.

Robin, I love your Tom bird, so darling and your BG turned out amazing despite the fact that you said you could not see all the great colors that you used it is still super stunning. I sure loved doing this BG technique and plan on using it again as it is so amazing. Beautifully done!!!

You and Lisa did that awesome background technique. It looks great on the screen, but I'm sure IRL the colors are even more dramatic. Well anyway your card turned out great! Thanks to you and LIsa...will try that technique. Thanks for playing girlfriend.

If I was a turkey I would love to look like this, I think brown turkeys would get cooked first!! Miss Robin this is fabulous, I love the colours and your brilliant layout.
