For the Ways to Use It Challenge today, Linda asked that we use gold. I heat embossed with gold embossing powder and then watercoloured. My teacher would not like this, but I really like the free flowing that I see, and that is what I was trying to do. I added the gold around my image with the leafing pen and also coloured the sentiment with the leafing pen. Added sequins, gems and pearls. Thanks for looking ...

Kia, this is stunning, not sure why your teacher would not like it. There are so many looks watercoloring gives us, and I think they are all beautiful. The embossing gives it a ridge to keep the water and paint in boundary. Love the free flow you achieved on this card. Fav'd Thanks for playing.

WOW...a golden beauty!! I love your watercoloring on this...it looks so pretty with the gold embossed image. That leafing pen worked great on the word..very elegant.
