This is a card I created for my 11 year old grand-niece. I stamped the girl's image on a white panel using my MISTI and so glad I did because it took me 3 inkings to get a good image! She was colored in with Copics. I used a white gel pen on the polka dots on the ribbon and also the shine of the girl's eyes and then added Glossy Accents on her eyes for dimension and shine.
On a scrap piece of white c.s., I stamped the individual candles and then stamped the candles on a sticky note to mask the "11" (separate "1's") and stamped the cake over the "11", removed the masks and colored the cake with Copics, and added pink, red and silver glitter pens to the candles and the cake platter. I also added the negative dot (from paper button stickers) to the cake, to look like silver dragoons. I popped the cake up with foam adhesive and then layered the panels at an angle.
Thanks so much for looking! I hope my card helps to inspire you to create a card.
