I needed an elegant pumpkin idea for a wedding anniversary card and I found, fell in love with, and CASEd this card from Melissa Phillips. (She also gives directions on how she created her gorgeous card.) My card certainly does not measure up to her elegant card but I still love the one that I created, too. Now, I hope my niece and her DH will also love it
The pumpkin base and stem were diecut from Classic Kraft c.s. and the pumpkin sections were diecut from Vintage Cream c.s. Before I took the pumpkin sections out of the diecut, I stamped the new Fair Isle Border stamp twice using Fine Linen and the leaves using Spring Moss. Then I took each section out and used a sponge to distress all along the edges of each section. After assembling all the pieces, I diecut and stamped a leaf sprig and popped it up with foam tape.
Thanks so much for looking!
