Instead of using a circle die, I used a circle stencil, colored the circles with Copic markers then dropped Blending Solution over the top. It created a bokeh looking bkg. I also added some green to give more of a holiday feeling card. I also stamped the sentiment onto my front panel and embossed it in white instead of using a die-cut.

Great choice to go with bokeh for the circles. The RED and green is fab, but the white spatters are the best!!
