The iris stamp I used is a negative image, so I stamped it 3 times in Sahara Sand on white cardstock. Then I colored the details in and mounted them, arranging them so that the white iris is surrounded by the blue ones, as in the painting. TFL!

W-O-W! This is incredibly beautiful! It has the same brushed/dabbed feel as his paintings, and your hand-coloring is superb. This is going into my favorites!

Gorgeous take on Van Gogh's work! I love the tile-like appearance of your triptych. Your colouring really does resemble the work that inspired you! This is a wonderful card!
That is a great interpretation of the original! I have often looked at that stamp set and wondered what to do with it-- this is a great idea. And irises are another of my favorite flowers.
