These cards were made for Gail's lovely HYCCT challenge honouring relationships.
Both were stamped in my MISTI using StazOn ink, coloured with distress inks (smack distress ink pad on al foil, squirt a tiny bit of water in one corner), use an aqua brush to apply colours.
Once dry I put the images back into MISTI and restamped about 3 times to give a more rich outlined detail, this worked very well on the girls with long hair.
It was an after thought to do the stenciling. Because I wanted a rustic look I did not mask the images, I simply turned the rectangle foam blending tool on its edge and inked close to the image.
Thank you for looking.

Susie, another two exceptional cards! Lovely warm and mellow tones on both and I love the contemporary take on the one as the friends take a "selfie". The stenciled bgs and soft coloring are exquisitely done.

Susie, I really have no idea how you were able to create such a grand card. However it was skillfully put together, it is just a fantastic card to show your BFF how much you value her friendship. Just stunning.

Susie these are great cards! The images are so perfect for the relationship challenge and the sponging added after was perfectly done to finish off the cards.
