Hi, there! I am so excited because today is the day my HYCCT1522 challenge goes live! For my challenge we are using the Wrinkle Free Distress technique. I do not remember the first time I used this technique but it has become my favorite way to create a watercolor background.
The tutorial shows ink placed on craft mat in rows but I just dab the ink randomly on my mat and for this card I used just two inks. I love that no two backgrounds will ever turn out the same!
My sweet friend, Janeenk gave me this beautiful die cut and included lots of little birds in a tiny envelope! I think it's time to buy my own die now!

Angie,
Wow, love this one!! The white birch trees just make that bg stand out so wonderfully! What a great idea to add those little birds to the scene too!!
