FS454 = Lisa = Shoe Girl. Lisa is very active here on SCS and has a beautiful and full gallery to prove it. Right now, she is one of the mainstays of the HYCCT Team. I chose this card of hers mainly for its layout and subject matter since I wanted to combine it with the HYCCT for today.
HYCCT1518 = being inspired by one of The Masters. I chose my favorite American watercolorist, John Singer Sargent. I adore his work. He is known for many of his exceptional oil portraits, including "Madame X", but it is his watercolors that really put me in awe. Here is a VERY SIMPLE watercolor sketch of his. I wouldn't even attempt one of his finished watercolor paintings.

Sallie what a gorgeous artistic card... your watercolouring is simply out of this world.. If you hung this in an art gallery it would certainly take in a lot money...Your colouring is perfection in itself. love the gold frame you have made for it and the paper piercing.... great case. love it...

Sallie, don't underestimate yourself, seriously! I'm with Alice on this one, you could hang lots of your creative water colored cards in a gallery and people would be willing to pay more than what you think! Your artwork SHINES so BRIGHTLY, but somehow you don't think you deserve the recognition. But I say You Do! You know how to use the right shades of colors to add depth and dimension. I, for one, have learned so much from looking at your artwork! Thank you for all the inspiration you continue to share on SCS's, and if you make it big, let us know~
