This is one of my first attempts with powdered watercolors (my Brushos arrived two days ago). I used the sprinkle and spritz technique for the background. I used a heat gun to dry the panel a bit (I'm impatient) and while it was still damp I stamped the honeycomb and large butterfly, so they bled a little but still kept their shape. After the panel was completely dry I stamped the foliage, diagonal stripes, sentiment and postmark. The small butterfly was stamped in crushed curry on a practice panel and punched out.
This loosen up challenge was very good for me as it took me out of my comfort zone. Most of my cards are very controlled and the Brushos are definitely an uncontrolled medium!

I haven't invested in the powered paints yer, but I sure like all the beautiful cards like this one that make beautiful use of them
