I'm filling in for Audrie today in the Inspiration challenge - here is my card inspired by this pin at the Illustrations board she chose for this week's inspiration.
The stamp I used is by my favorite illustrator at Unity Stamp Co, Phyllis Harris. The sky is colored with Brusho black powder and the girl is watercolored with Zig and Distress markers. I used a Sakura glaze pen to mask the fireflies, and then used a bleach pen and white pencil to give them a brighter glow.

What a great piece this is, inspired by the little girl in RED, and the night sky. Your fireflies are such a wonderful addition!!!
