When I saw the HYCCT1512 to include food, I thought, " easy, quick idea...I got this!" Last year I made some Spring cards for friends and they were quick because I used paper piecing for the bunny's clothes. I still had some scraps that I used for the clothes, but I used a different layout which I like better. But, there is one thing about me. If there is a giant terantula about to eat a fly on the wall, I will see the fly and completely miss the ginormeous spider. In other words, I get too caught up in the little details. Case in point...I spent way too much time on the little thread bows on the bunny's shoes and sentiment. I could have made 5 CAS cards. TFL, Francie

Time well spent on the bows, Francie. It's the tiny details that make this so special, I love the bows and the bow on the tag sign, too. This is totally adorable and will make someone smile for sure. Thanks so much for playing along with my HYCCT challenge.

LOL, yes - tiny bows take a disproportionate amount of time to tie! But they look fab, and your colouring on this is amazing. I always think that paper piecing is a quick option, and then when I start all the cutting out, I realise it's not - not for me, anyway.

This is adorable! Love the green carrot tops! And the striped panels of pp for the bg, and of course the bunny shoes that you worked so long on! Faved.
