Today's challenge is to use watercolor powders in some way. I made a simple background, shaking some blue, yellow and orange powders on the smooth side of my watercolor paper, spritzing with water and letting air dry. I then stamped the falling maple leaves in Versamark and heat set with copper embossing powder - hard to photograph the shine. The card base is stamped with various leaves to add a little interest to the background - card size is too big for any of my embossing folders : (
This Laura Ingalls Wilder quote is one of my favorites to use with Fall cards. TFL!

I love your card. Beautiful choice of colors for the background, plus and you kept the colors light and "moving" just like the wind blowing those leaves outside my house right now.

Really a pretty card. Makes me think of the days when there is just a slight breeze and the leaves fall so gently to the ground. Wishing for that day instead of the 35 mph wind I have!! Beautiful card~
