Because I have none of the dry water color powders, I used distress ink pads rubbed on my craft sheet. I spritzed with water, and dragged my regular cardstock through it. I did it sparingly, as I wanted a lot of white to show.
I love this little die cut from BossCut, and had this wonderfully fun saying to go with it. I hope you think it's fun too!
