I went downstairs last night when the HYCCT challenge gallery was getting close to our first 1,000 cards and I thought I could make a "quick one or two" to boost our count. An hour and a half later here I am just emerging to upload and they managed to make the mark without me!
I had sprayed this flower through my stencil the other day. I had put the stencil onto a corner so that I'd have a corner edge. I fussy cut around the rest of the flower and added some glitter pen accents. I went with a square card base and I'd seen this pretty card by Vickie Y where she crimped the bottom the other day and thought it looked great. I embossed my sentiment in white ep and then diecut the circle. I popped this and called it done.

Gorgeous! I wish I could make such a great card while rushing to meet a deadline! This is fabulous. Love that large pink, sparkly flower. The crimped edge looks great. I remember Vickie's card, too. The sentiment is wonderful on your card and great for the cause. I love it. Your card is pretty in pink! Thanks for supporting HYCCT with your beautiful card and for making one for my challenge!

I love that several people ran down to create a couple of cards to go over the 1000 mark. These cards are so spectacular and this one is just so beautifully done!
