I used dsp for the upper part of the background and added a couple of sponged clouds to it. The lower part of the panel is white which I stamped the image on and colored it with aqua painter and inks. then I sponged the bottom (masking the sentiment) to look like a sidewalk.

You used the designer paper to great effect on this design. I would not have realized how you put this together without your description. You've created a great little scene with the mailbox as the focal point.

Fabulous! Love the mailbox with the patient little bird on top. You created such a nice scene. Love how you used the paper for the backdrop, and then created your own foreground with a sidewalk. There's wonderful depth and perspective here. I like how you masked an oval shape for the sentiment. Thanks for a great card for the cause.
