Have card base of tan, then white piece but sponged edges with early expresso as used that and crumb cake for the wood grain stamping. Used leaf die to cut out the leaf and put piece of su dp paper behind it and layered all the layers, stamped the sentiment in center of the leaf adding 2 half pearls, then used same dp paper of leaf but the back side and put down the strip then made banner from extra piece of hardwood background and put in center---almost looks like I cut strip from center of dp paper. Added flower with pop dot and put in gemstone from convention. This goes out to one of our group, Mothermark who lost her husband.

Your woodgrain is so realistic looking. And yes, I did think that you had cut out the centre of the banner strip to reveal the wood behind! What a funny optical illusion. Your soft autumn colours are lovely.

Your woodgrain stamping is beautifully done, and the perfect background for your sentiment leaf. So pretty!
