This week the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge was to make a 3-D item. I chose to follow Amy Celona's memory purse (from 2009) and used Jan Tink's step-by-step tutorial. Thank you, Ladies, for helping me out. This is such a cute project with room for pictures or a gift card or even a little baggie of tea. The start off point is 2 envelopes attached with a "bridge."
If you are considering challenges the Watercooler Wednesday challenge is really a nice one. The design team always comes up with wonderful projects for the challenge. You can see it here: http://watercoolerchallenges.blogspo...challenge.html

Hi Susie, what an elegant project and how beautifully you've created it. You have me wanting to check out Amy Celona's technique now. I love the colours you've used, especially the wash of blue in the blossom. What a creative way to use two envelopes! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday challenge with your 3D project this week.
Susie, what a wonderful project, both visually and the project itself. I'm so glad that you are a "regular" with our Watercooler Challenges. You always raise the bar.
