I created a base of watercolor, added salt and let it dry. Cut out the letters of vellum and the watercolor piece, backed the panel with orange masking tape, pressed glitter into glue dots between the letters, added glitter to embossing paste, hope vellum in top left, punched in the lower right anchored by dry wall tape.

Sigh, I can never get the salted background to look that distinct! I really like the vellum HOPE, as well as the way you've used mesh tape to ground the one die-cut from the watercolour panel.
