This is for Kathy's I Am A Warrior HYCCT Challenge. She asked us to use Camo or a fighting theme. I went with a Camo piece choosing to make a masculine card so the gallery isn't all pink! I started by spraying through a tiger print stencil in one direction then laid the stencil wet side down in the other direction. I used a stencil with 4 animal prints to add the green layers over that. The rest is pieces of leftovers from my desk. I had the faux burnt edge pieces that I've used kind of like Washi tape. I cut a piece of the measuring tape ribbon and then popped my bird (leftover from a card where I used the branch) over that. I tore some cardboard, sponged it and glued the wood piece to it. My banner pieces were already punched so I scored to fold over the edges, glued to a piece of twine and popped them to keep them up. I used a piece of the dp from two of the banner pieces to add some color to the inside of the card. Hope a patient enjoys picking this out for an awesome guy in her life.

Wow, what a fabulous collage style card for my challenge, Gail. It's textured and I really love that stenciled panel. I agree this would be perfect to send a little note to a husband. Great to see a nicely done masculine style card in the gallery.

You always make such great masculine cards, Gail. And I always think it's great to see them in the HYCCT gallery too. I love all the different bits and pieces you put into this, especially that beautiful green background.
Gorgeous!!! Love all the elements you placed on this card! Love the wood piece! I have some and only used them once. Need to get them out! So nice to have some masculine cards heading to MD Anderson!
