I stamped the image 3 times on the panel and twice on a scrap. I fussy cut the images, sponged the edges adding stickles to the inner most petals, after shaping. I inked a scrap with the ink pad and cut the sentiment from that - Melon Mambo cardstock was too dark for the design.

Your rose is gorgeous! I love the way you shaped and coloured the petals. Continuing the image across the panel as a background looks fantastic. Great idea for the sentiment too - the perfect colour match!

Your cut rose is simply Gorgeous, Sandie! I love the stickles, fussy cutting and shaping; so realistic! I also do the same as you when I find the cs is too dark~
