I have been quite sick with the flu this past fortnight so it was just terrific to get back into my craft room today and make this card for the Featured Stamper challenge. This week's FS, Linda (Doodledop) was new to me and I had a wonderful browse through Linda's beautiful gallery. I couldn't go past this card to CASE, though, as I wanted to use this EF -
I kept a simpler layout, used the sentiment and a flower in the rectangle rather than a butterfly. I die cut the sentiment twice and slightly offset the top layer.
I hope you have a wonderful week in the spotlight, Linda! TFL!

Glad to hear you are feeling better, Sue(Had wondered where you had been) This is a lovely CAS card to honor Linda. Pretty embossed frame for your sentiment and the tiny pink rose is perfect.

This is a great take on Doodledop's card - I have been eyeing this one to case as well as I also like this embossing folder! An oldie but goodie! Glad you are feeling better!

The change to yellow is very cheerful. So sorry you have been sick...but you must be feeling somewhat better to craft today! Good!!

Ah, Sue, so sorry you've had the flu for so long! I'm so glad you were able to make a card; it's good therapy. And what a beautiful CASE of Linda's card! I just love this embossing folder, and your sentiment with the flower are lovely together! Hugs and feel better!
