My birthday is in November, so my birthstone is the topaz. I chose SU's Delightful Dijon for the topaz color and Tip Top Taupe as my neutral shade. I used the same stamp from the background and stamped the leaf on taupe cardstock with taupe ink, cut it out and cut it out. Since it's pretty delicate, I covered it with Versamark and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. I cut up dimensionals into TINY pieces to mount the leaf.

Now that's some awesome fussy cutting. How pretty!

You have the patience of a saint to pop that finely detailed leaf up! It payed off though and looks fabulous! Topaz is a challenging colour I would think but you really pulled it off. Great card!

Love your color combo to present your topaz birthstone. I am quite certain I do not possess the same patience you do for fussy cutting, well done cutting your leaf!
