This is my first card for quite some time. Its just nice to have a bit of time to myself for a change.
The past few weeks I have seen too much of the insides of the hospital - enough to last a life time. Thank heavens I am not the one staying there. My mother has had a number of nasty falls - and is now recovering in REHAB. She is just so much better now after a change in her medications.
I just love this stamp - and loved doing the water colour background for it too. I love the way it turned out with all the soft early morning light.
Hope you enjoy.

This is just beautiful. The touch of yellow really pops out. Glad you found some time to stamp - it's great therapy when you're stressed. Best wishes for your mom's recovery.

So thankful your mom is doing better~so hard to watch them go through tough seasons of life. Glad that you're finding solace in stamping-I find it relaxing and normalizing too. Love the watercolor bg with your beautiful geese!

So happy to hear your Mom's doing better! Hopes for continued improvement. Love that image! The geese are practising their 'V''s around here in anticipation of winter coming. (Boo) Your background reminds me of when you hear them coming in for the evening. Beautiful card Helen!

Oh, dear Helen, I'm so sorry to hear about all your hospital visits because of your mom. So glad she is now in rehab and that they have readjusted her meds. Makes such a difference. And we've missed you - and your beautiful cards! I so love this image too, and it does remind me of the Canadian geese that used to be in NJ and fly in V-formation. Such beautiful birds, and what a gorgeous early-morning light that you've colored! It's exquisite, and what a perfect card for this week's sketch! Stunning, my friend! Hope you get your rhythm back again. I know how easy it is to get out. Hugs!
