What a super place for the IC Challenge! I was inspired by THIS.
The owls were stamped first w/ Memento, colored w/ Copics then over stamped w/ Versafine (while still in the Misti). After die cutting the owls, I thought they would look cute if I had them in their “rooms” in the trees. So I stamped the Birch Tree Bg on white, added just a hint of color, then die cut the holes & added rings around them to help set them apart.
After adding a black layer behind the birches, I put my owls in the holes then added a finely corrugated tan layer. Three tree limbs were stamped, die cut & attached vertically. The greeting was die cut twice, stacked together for dimension and added to a tan die cut oval.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups, Copic colors & the inside are on my blog: The Write Stuff

So creative, Julie. A very unique way to use these stamps and the non typical colors for a forrest scene.

I love how the colours really pop against the black background! Love the trees with their bright green leaves. So much dimension in this card ...it's great!

How fun these owls are in the colors you chose, Julie!! Wonderful forest scene, and infinitely better than the hundred dollar pillow!!!!!!!!!!!
