What a truly challenging color challenge. My first thought was that I needed to use some neutral for the sentiment (at least) but after practice stamping with the Encore ink, I decided to just stick to the two colors. The card is really quite striking and sparkly but that unfortunately doesn't come across in the photo.
I first used the Gorgeous Grunge stamps for the background (that set is one of my favorites) and then stamped the flower and butterfly. I was originally going to emboss the splatters but decided to go with the glitter glue to add sparkle. I randomly added splatters or enhanced the ones already there. After, I added a few sequins and rhinestones. I wanted the panel to blend in with the gold panel behind it so I softened the edges of it by sponging with the gold ink.
One tip - I find the metallic ink can smear and takes awhile to dry, so I quickly went over it with my embossing heat tool set on low. This seemed to help. A fun card to make.

Wow! This card is exquisite! Love the layout and your use of Gorgeous Grunge. I still need to warm up to that set! Welcome to the Color Challenge team for September!
