This project was made for the Watercooler challenge, which was to follow a provided sketch. The watercooler challenges can be found here: http://watercoolerchallenges.blogspot.com/
If you have not tried their challenges yet, the design team is really terrific and come up with a variety of wonderful challenges about twice a month.
I started my project by orienting it differently and still keeping the sketch. When I was almost finished, I noticed that I had really focused on melon mambo; so, I just went with it. Even my wooden element was sponged with melon mambo!
Thanks for looking. Susie

Yay, Susie. First one to link and what a gorgeous card. Love the colours and the softness that sponging has added. This could be used for so many different occasions. Thanks so much for joining us at the Watercooler Challenge. We hope you'll continue to play along as we change over to a weekly challenge and also to a Wednesday start.
Susie, What a lovely card with the soft vanilla, pinks and yellow. Simply wonderful. Thank you so much for continuing to participate in our Watercooler Challenges. We look forward to seeing your beautiful projects.

Wonderful how that melon mambo took over. You know you're an artist when the medium takes on it's own character. Thanks for entering our Watercooler Challenge again.
