today's Inspiration challenge made me think of one of my cards I hadn't posted yet. I haven't put in for the challenge as I did it weeks ago.
I love mixed media, it's a slow process so I have lots of started but not finished pieces. This one has some fun stamps from stampin back the fashion sketches and face are from the same sheet. http://www.stampinback.http://www.st...d=8053&lang=en
When I coloured the face it was way to bright, gesso to the rescue. I toned it down with the white gesso and it gave me a misty effect which I love. I used the rubbernecker postcard and the harlequin diamond stamps and then finally used some texture paste with the stencil, to tone down the white I used a blender foam and distress ink (antique linnen)

Wow - an amazing amount of layers and images! It must have taken ages! I admire your willingness to just go with the mixed media and have something fabulous come out of it!
