This would have to be the weirdest challenge I have ever participated in. MariLynn's mixed media challenge of smashing real flowers in a cuttlebug was heaps of fun.....messy, but still lots of fun.
I used brilliant red camellia's. Before adding the distress inks and brusho's the flowers and juicy areas came out a bluish purpley grey.

Amazing, Susie. This should be framed. The lovely flow of the colors is eye candy, and the shadowing of the pressed flowersgives it the misty feel. Fav'd

Susie...this is SO SO SO Gorgeous!!!!! Smooshing the flowers in our machines (making them now even more valuable) is such a Fantastic idea! Love the extra effects you added! Gotta run out and pick some flowers.
