I chose a fern from the wood margins and smashed it onto water color paper. The whole fern stuck to one side and I like the way it looks, so I decided to use that side. I covered the entire fern with diamond glaze to protect it. Cut a frame, stamped 2 borders and sprinkled leaf green and dark brown brusho crystals on it, then spritzed with water. Added black gems (look like the seeds, which will happen later in the year).
For F4A: 2 border stamps and 1 sentiment stamp.

AMAZING! Gorgeous plant the fern! Love the "print" it made. Pouring diamond Glaze or equivalent is a great idea to protect it. Love this Priscilla. Love the bg too, so beautiful! Thanks for playing!

Wow! This is fabulous. I love how your fern looks. Love the "seeds". Such a beautiful earthy quality to your card. Thanks for playing along with my challenge.

Gosh, it does look beautiful. I too liked the bit of paper that had my flowers still stuck to it - but, LOL, I'd only used scratch paper, so into the bin that part went. The brusho background is perfect with it.

WOW! I never thought of preserving the plant when doing this and LOVE, love, love the way this looks. It's so much richer in color than just pressing them! Brilliant idea and love the brusho papers you chose for the frame!

This is beautiful Priscilla!! I tried using a fern as well, but then wasn't sure about trying to peel it off or what. I love that you preserved yours. It looks great with the bg that you created.

This is just amazing, Priscilla. How fab to keep the part with the real fern on it, and cover it with glaze. Thanks for sharing..this is YOWZA!
