I embossed some watercolor paper then rubbed with a white crayon to create a resist for my brushos. The brushos were applied in 3 different shades of blue and spritzed. The children are stamped on glossy paper with black StazOn and then fussy cut. That's about it..now my fingers are inky and I've got to get going..hanging out with an eleven year old today...my nephew has our day pretty much planned..can't wait ;)

Your ombre with the Brushos turned out beautifully, Polly. Sometimes this medium has a mind of its own, but you certainly have conquered it. Charming card.

The crayon resist looks great! I will definitely try rubbing the paper next time, LOL. By way of an experiment I rubbed the folder, but it was horrible to clean...I kind of suspected it would be. I love the look of your sweet vintage girls against the script, too.

Polly this is so amazing! I love the stunning blues on this card and the darling image! Have fun hanging out with your nephew. They are so fun at that age.

Love your image....like how you did the resist with the brushos. I'm not familiar with this medium, but they sure are vibrant. Wonderful card, Polly. tfs
