This is a terrific sketch this week - for some reason, my first thought was for a striped panel at the bottom! This is all pretty self explanatory and another card for Christmas done!
Can anyone give me some advice please - after numerous attempts at removing c/s out of sentiment die cut, Merry Christmas, I gave up, but for some reason, this Peace die cut came out of die easily. What tips do you have for easy removal?? I bought both dies last year and have used them often.
TFL!

Sue this is fabulous. It is a great interpretation of the challenge and I love the depth of the embossing. Thanks to Peggy I have a solution to your problem. The hardest part is tracking down dryer sheets, not very common here in Melbourne. Email on the way. Xx

Beautiful CAS style card using this sketch, Sue! I love your embossed panel and pretty ribbon!
If you use dryer sheets, they have to be the unscented kind, that's what I've been told. I always use waxed paper between my die and cs, and it always works.

Gorgeous Christmas card, Sue! Love the pretty diecut poinsettia's and te striped panel at the bottom! Very pretty! TFS
PS. I was always told to try wax paper between the paper & die to help release it from the die once it has been cut. Hope this helps!

Wow Sue.......this is gorgeous. Very elegant. Your embossed pointsetta is stunning. I've used waxed paper and it usually works. But I have a word die that I can't seem to get the cs out either, even with waxed paper. So I may try the dryer sheet, never heard of this before today, but it's worth a shot!
