This is my 1st card for CC544. Vicki is our hostess and she chose wisteria wonder, so saffron and calypso coral as her color trio. Dessert option this week is to use sequins.
My background dsp is from the Stampin'-Up collection "etcetera". The wisteria wonder angled pane is cut with the MFT pierced rectangle stax die. The image and sentiment panel is cut with the same die set.
The stamped ribbon is from the PTI set "no strings attached". I stamped my birthday sentiment and added a few die cut sequins to complete this card.
This is also for the August Monthly Theme word play:
D - dots
O- oopsy daisy stamp set
T- Tag
S - Sequins, So Saffron (color)
Hope you can play along with us this week. You may be our next fave of the week or even our next guest designer.

Super cute. I liked it the instant I saw it. Great use of the colors. Love that ribbon stamp. I thought you had drawn the string & bow at first. Cute tag. Love polka-dots! TFS

Mary, this is so sweet! Love the faux bow and the polka dots are so fun - the layout works so well too. AND, I never even knew there was an August theme, so thanks for that too!

What a creative way you turned the top panel of the sketch into a present - fantastic birthday card - this design would be great for men, women and kids alike!
