I am way behind in creating my Christmas cards this year so this one will go into my stash. I am at my lake house for the summer and don't really have any Christmas stamps here with me. So I had to improvise. I have a whole bunch of my dies here, so I die cut the largest snowflake from the Snow Flurries dies and ran that through the Cuttlebug branches EF. I layered that onto a die cut circle that I ran through a Dotted EF. This was layered onto a panel that I embossed with a snowflake folder. I left a portion of it unembossed so that I would have a place to stamp my sentiment. I dry embossed some lines to frame the area and then added bakers twine and some die cut snowflakes. There is a touch of bling with the rhinestones.
Changes I made from the original card: used a die cut instead of stamp image, used different layering shapes, used twine instead of ribbon and used different embossing folders.

I love how this card is both rustic and elegant ... maybe rustic isn't the right word ... nordic maybe? Either way, it's phenomenal and I absolutely love it!
I super excited that you have a lake home you get to retreat to for the summer - AND that you get to stamp while you're there!! That is so awesome!!!!!
