I like the sketch. I like the colors. I'm just not sure about what I did, I decided to have dessert! The lime paper was pretty bright so I sponged on some Basic Gray to tone it down. I found a Bermuda Bay-ish button & some limeade twine, attached with a glue dot. This is going to Marie-Alice with a note inside.

I never would have thought to use the grey....what a good idea....I love the way your card turned out....the twine and button set off the angle of the layout perfectly.....beautifully done!

Oh I like it Karen. Especially how you sponged gray onto the bricks. Makes them look dirty and aged. But the gorgeous flower just pops off it.
