Have dark aqua base, then black, then the white on which I stamped my image, then I cut sheet of paper wavy like then lay down for top of waves between water and sky. Before doing sky I used white crayon and made like lightening bolts coming from the storm and the white caps, then used different shades of blues and sponged here and there, leaving spaces of white white lightening lights up the sky. Wipe off with paper towel to whiten the bolts of lightening that got some ink on---comes off easy. Made up the sentiment, printed, punched out, sponged with blues, punched out black and cut in middle to make the frame for sentiment. On cardstock inside is the rainbow that comes with the storm. tfl

WOW THE RAINBOW INSIDE IS SURE TO BRING A SMILE AFTER RIDING OUT THAT STORM ON THE FRONT. LOVE THE DEETS AND HOW YOUR THEME FOLLOWS THE SENTIMENT! GREAT CARD!

I like the way the boat doesn't seem fazed by the waves nor the heavy rain & lightening! Beautifully created storm, Donna! Love this one...thanks for the description~
