This is the inside view of the one I did for Judy's dare to get dirty challenge seen here. the bottom of the flaps is not glued down so, if the ribbon is untied or slid off the bottom they will unfold like a hug or wraps or something. kwim?
I took one cardbase and cut the front in an easy 1/2 diagonal on my paper cutter then placed that inside a second card to decide which way to cut the flap on the second card. these were then stacked together and glued on the plain smooth white sides of the cards. I then took a third card ( I have been wanting to use this premade stuff up because, I tend to like making colorful cardbases) anyways, the third cardbase was cut on the score line and the front was diecut to a size smaller than 5 1/2" square and glued to the smooth front (inside) the folds. the back piece was diecut into the wings. tfl.

Not only is your card beautiful, so is the envelope. Hugs to you today.
