I've wanted to make a watermelon card ever since we got Cucumber Crush and Watermelon Wonder. It's time, so here it is! The new Tree Builder Punch (raindrops) make perfect watermelon seeds. The small scalloped punch takes the perfect bite. I put a border of vellum on the edge of the green and hand-drew a chalk marker line of white. Did some more doodling and sponging with the stripes. I realized after I put up the picture that my words go two different directions. {Oops!} The finishing touch was adding frost to the fruit part with Dazzling Diamond Dust.

Your watermelon is very Sweet! I can tell from the bite I had. I love the stripes on it. The stripey ones are my favorite variety!
I may have to have the tree builder just for the watermelon seeds. haha.

Adorable! Nothing says summer like a big ole slice of watermelon! Love your card!
