A big Congrats to Dena, the newest Featured Stamper! Love her style & I chose THIS to case. I kept the turquoise bg and layout but I used different images, added embossing & a greeting die cut.
For my card, I started b stamping the Boho Paisley Bg w/ black Distress ink & die cutting w/ one of the matting basics dies. I added a white fancy tag topper from the ODBD Recipe Cards & Tags die set & a narrow black mat. The flower was made by die cutting 3 white textured & 3 printed scallop shapes (from the same Recipe Cards die set), folding/wrinkling them then attaching them together w/ a brad. The center was made by die cutting 3 of the fringe borders (from ODBD Beautiful Borders dies), attaching the ends together, rolling them & curling some of the ends. I added 2 die cut leaves (from ODBD Zinnia & Leaves dies) & the die cut Love word. The turquoise bg was embossed only w/ the ODBD Boho Bg die. I will mention that I took a Copic marker (BG13) & colored over the lt blue areas of the designer paper so it would match my turquoise bg.
Congrats again, Dena! Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff
