Many thanks to Kittie (Kittie747), Julie (justwritedesigns), and Brenda (Benzi) for some fabulous DTGD15 challenges that REALLY got me out of my comfort zone!!
The waves were created with a coverplate die and two different colors of cardstock. I went over the light blue with a Wink of Stella for some glitter and shine though it probably doesn't show up here in the photo. The sky was created with chalk. The lighthouse and sailboats were diecut and then stamped using my trusty MISTI. I fussy cut the little island and used a Copic marker to create some depth. I really had fun using the three challenges to create my card. I didn't put a sentiment on it because I really don't know what occasion I will use it for yet - it'll go into my stash!
Thanks so much for looking! I hope my card helps to inspire you to create a card.

Cindy, I love this and it is so interesting to see all you've done. Good job on your challenges. Thanks for playing in my challenge. Oh, and I love your waves.

Cindy, it doesn't look like you were out of your comfort zone with this project. I love the striking and crisp color combination and those fun dies. This jumps off the screen even in thumbnail size.
