This is my card for CC542. I am your hostess this week and the colors I have chosen are elegant eggplant, delightful dijon, cajun craze and mossy meadow.
The dessert option this week is something new for the color challenge. You can case one of the design team's cards. You have 7 of us to choose from this week. There is a direct link to all our cards in the color challenge forum.
These colors seemed like fall to me so I went in that direction and made a thanksgiving card.
I stamped my own background paper with stamps from the Stampin'-Up sets autumn days, fantastic foliage, stippled blossoms and the Verve set abundant blessings.
Layered that panel on mossy meadow cs then onto delightful Dijon. On the middle panel, I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder "autumn type".
The grateful word is a die from PTI and I cut in elegant eggplant. My ribbon is cotton twill died with Cajun craze re-inkers.
To complete my card, I cut 2 maple leaves and sponged them with Cajun craze, mossy meadow and delightful Dijon. I pressed them onto a Versamark pad and then embossed with clear ep. Irl they are very shiny.
Tied a bow with mossy meadow thick bakers twine, and I am finished.
Hope you can play along this week. You may be our next guest designer.
Accessories: : thanksgiving words die (PTI), leaf dies (dare 2b artsy), autumn type ef (Cuttlebug), Cajun craze reinker, cotton twill, clear ep (Hero Arts), mossy meadow thick bakers twine

I was looking at this trying to think if I recognized that dsp, only to discover that you created it yourself - it looks perfect! I love the look of your enameled leaves and the bold die cut sentiment - into my faves!
