I already had this image panel made. It uses the water stamping technique. I inked the entire watercolor paper piece with a dark coat of Distress Ink and let it dry. I then "inked" my Medallion generously with water, pressed it down onto the inky paper and carefully pulled it off. I actually did this twice, drying between times. For the spatter and Barouqe Motif flourish, I used a homemade shimmer spray instead of water. I stamped my sentiment and then embossed in silver ep. I added a silver framing and some gems; adhered to a white base and called it done.
Dare to Get Dirty with us in the challenges!! So much fun! Previous blog post on this technique with step by step photos.

Ah - I remember your recent card with Medallion stamped like this, and being so impressed at the results you'd got. This technique is a consistent fail for me. What a lovely rich colour - and the bling looks fabulous against it.

Such a dramatic card! Your background is beautifully saturated with color yet you managed to get your water stamped medallion to show perfectly. Not an easy feat!
