I had great fun making this card. Originally I was planning to use the Crazy Birds, but I saw several of them on hostess samples - so I gave Scribbly Birds an airing instead.
The background started out as a gessoed book page, I drew a branch on and started stencilling leaves with white acrylic mixed with leaf green Brusho - but it looked a mess. So I painted the whole thing over with my acrylic and let it dry.
The bird was stamped on another part of the book page, embossed, and then coloured with Twinkling H2Os and Gelatos.
I stamped French Script several times to give a sort of grass feel, then added some green Gelato and a purple border. I doodled in some music notes round the stamped words, and to finish, I used a crystal embossing paste with a raindrop stencil. I said TCW in my list of supplies - I need to check that, since I have two raindrop ones.

Love it - I want to reach in and touch it! Thanks so much for all your behind the scenes work and answers - so often you seem to know what people need before they do! Such a gift. So happy to have you on the Dirty side of DTGD this year. Cheers!

So sweet! I love your little bird and your background is beautiful, Sabrina. Anything with birds steals my heart and I love the expression on your little bird's face.
