This card is for this weeks' SCS Color Combination Challenge~ Roses and Mints are a Tip Top Treat.
Love the colors Barbara picked and I have this new stamp that needed to be inked up. Added some splatters to the card front and dyed some satin ribbon with Tip Top Taupe re-inker. Yes! Dessert again this week! A touch of glossy accents on the heart finishes the card.
Come on over and join in the challenge. We pick weekly favorites and you may have a chance to guest design with us.
Enjoy!

If that's hot chocolate with mini-marshmallows floating on top, I'm sure it would make any sickie feel better! (Far better than chicken soup!) Adorable card, Peggy, love the dyed ribbon and the shiny heart!

This is adorable. I love the steamy curls of the font!! Beautiful paper piecing on the cup. I love the rosy red heart. Such a cheerful touch to a warm, comforting card.

What a nice get well card, Peggy! I really like the way you used the ribbon without taking anything from the paper pieced bowl and spoon. The spatters make all the difference....they fill in the area subtly!
