Our IC inspiration today was a Pinterest page called Beach Homes. There were lots of palm trees and this one was my inspiration. Doesn't have a turquoise house but it's got a blue sky, green grass, three sparkly palm trees and instead of the person sitting on the porch waving "hi," a penguin holding a cherry Popsicle. Imagine that!
Lee (Luvlee), one of our challenge hostesses, recently had hand surgery and last week we Teapotters made cards to cheer her along in her recovery. The challenge was fairies and sparkle but I forgot the fairies. Ooops. I was going to try to add fairy wings to the penguin but he threatened to "use" that Popsicle on me if I tried it. Hee! Decided to leave well-enough, alone. Wishing Lee a speedy recovery!
I am also adding my card to last Monday's CAS334, Summer Treat challenge and this week's ATSM154 CAS challenge gallery.
And ... I'm adding it to this week's SOS211 De-Stressed challenge gallery. Nothing like "chillin out" with a Cherry Popsicle on a summer's day. I have been known to declare these scrumptious, icy delights as my FAV food! Wish they made boxes or bags of ONLY Cherry cause I, for one, would buy them!
THANKS for looking!

That penguin is so sweet, Gabby. And I'm sure he really dies have wings, we just can't see them. He wouldn't be able to swim very well without them, and he looks all set for a swim!!

Great answer to a "probably bored cause she can't make any cards right now" card for Lee! Your little penguin has such a coll pair of swimming trunks (love the paper piecing) and the palm tree is calling my name - great card!

This is a hoot Miss Gabby, I have never seen a penguin dressed so beautifully whilst eating an icypole!! It is lovely that you are sending this to Lee. Great combination of challenges my friend.
