Hi! I really let myself go for this project! I layered gesso on mixed media paper, I added gelatos, spritzed bg with water and sprinkled with salt. Once dried I stamped the leaves randomly on the background (even though you really can't tell anymore). To add a little interest I drizzled hot glue randomly on the bg and sponged around the drizzles with Memento Ink to give a bit of a resist. The leaves are Red Rubber Designs Luscious Leaves and were colored with my favorite "Smack and Squirt" technique and fussy cut.

Outstanding, Angie and heading right into my favorites! Love those colors and your dynamite, mixed media background! Besides looking fantastic, sounds like you had fun doing it too!

So glad that you "let yourself go" because the results are fantastic. Those rich, vibrant colors seem to glow like a fire. I have never done the glye resist technique...it goes so well with the cut oyr leaves. Right into my favs.
