Hello! Thanks so much Ally for the fun challenge of getting to choose a previous sketch! I love the sketch challenge but do not get to play as often as I like so it was loads of fun to choose a sketch I missed.
I chose SC545. For the circle in the sketch I used the somewhat rounded lotus blossom, then I added the dragonfly and bling for the three dots on either side.
I love the beautiful sentiments that come in the Lovely Lotus set. Two of my sweet friends are going through a really rough patch and this sentiment is so true as I think of both them all day long.
Funny Story: or not so funny. After I photographed this I decided to stamp the inside. I opened up my ink pad and stamped one of the buds from the set on the inside. I was surprised to see that at the same time I managed to have a big smudge in the middle. I then looked over and to my horror the front of the card was lying on top of the ink pad!!! So now there is just a slight black smudge on the front!!! Agghh! The splatters disguise it just a tiny bit but it's still pretty evident. So glad I photographed it first now I need to find someone who won't mind a smudge on the front of their card! Sigh!

Oh, Angie! I had to chuckle when reading your funny story..I can't tell you how many times I've done the same thing, but before the photograph. It's a good thing butterflies are great at hiding smudges! Your card is gorgeous..love the splatters and the pretty pink lotus!

Angie this is perfect and so pretty! I love the diamonds in the dragonflies - and your flower is precious!

Sigh, I've done that too. But this is a beautiful card, I'm sure that even with the disguised smudge it won't be hard to find someone who would love it.

Oh that makes me so angry when I do something like you did with the smudge...it happens quite often. Anyway, this card has it all...the best sentiment, done so cleanly, and an added sparkle. Fav'd
