I picked SC #510....with a few minor changes. ; ) I keep a binder of the Sketch Challenges that I have done and each sheet also includes a picture of the card I created for that challenge......don't ask me why, it's the only challenge that I do this for. Since I wanted to watercolor this image, I was able to leaf through this binder and pick the layout that I thought was simple and let the image take center stage. The changes I made: due to the image's larger size, I centered it on the corrugated panel, left off the doodads(I never consider them part of the sketch anyway.....window dressing)
I also altered the stamp: The TT image had cute, polka-dot rainboots. I wanted them to more resemble my gardening Wellies, so I removed the dots and revamped the boot design where the polka dots were.

Great idea to keep a binder of sketches you've liked. Love this sketch - so simple but a great way to use some dp or textured paper. Your wellies and flowers are gorgeous and I love the splatter of brown behind them.

I also keep a copy of all the sketches, Sallie, but I don't have a copy of the card I made using them. The way you can't see the outlined images creates a true water colored effect! Absolutely Brilliant~

Love how you keep a folder of sketches - I started out doing this - but due to lack of space and storage something had to give. Folder lost out. You have coloured this image so well and I approve of you removing the "dots" on the gumboots - they definitely look like a gardeners gumboots now. Again - so nicely done.

Beautiful work! I love the slightly 'crispy' looking edge to your image panel. The way you did your background really looks like an aged paper. Love the corrugated panel too. I do admire you organized types. :-)

What a great image Sallie; I love it. You watercoloring is awesome. I like the sketch that you chose. The corrugated cardboards adds such lovely texture. I wish I were as organized as you. I would love to have a binder with all of my stamps, but that just takes too much time, I think.
