I've been in the UK (Wales to be exact) for the last 4 weeks emptying my mums house now she is in a care home. This trip certainly taught me not to hold on to stuff I don't need , it was so hard sifting through everything knowing I couldn't keep very much of it. The trip made me think CAS and the balloon just seemed to fit the F4A challenge. It's so nice to relax and play again.

OH! I know that was a difficult job. I look around my home all the time and wonder what I should get rid of to make it easier later in life. I love that you thought of a balloon for the challenge in light of your recent activities. Decluttering is a lighter way to live and helps us soar just as your balloon is doing. Gorgeous!

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I know how hard it is to see our parents decline. I hope there were things that brought you happy memories and that a few of the extra special objects will find a new home with you. How creative you are to come up with the idea of a balloon in a very uncluttered card. The script across the balloon looks wonderful. Beautiful shade of blue. Find little ways to treat yurself during this difficult time...great big dog hugs sure help.

Your card caught my eye ... and then reading about your Mum and the sadness involved in the move to a care home, made me sad. I did the same for my Dad. Sending love from Wiltshire, not so far away.

Welcome home, and what a trying time you have had. We had to empty out my mother's house too, and I know what you went through!! Your CAS card is wonderful.....flying balloons. What fun!

It is a sad situation to see one's loved ones decline. I am pleased that you made a card, which hopefully gave you a smile. Your card is delightful - a fabulous CAS. I love Wales, have friends there who are getting on. It has been many years since I have been - such beautiful country. tfs
